A Note On Sleep


A revelation I had this weekend that cannot wait for a full-length post to relay: Your day should prepare you for sleep, not the other way around.

  2. Agree. Also basically everything from, say, 4pm on, widely affects how you sleep. I know we all "know" this on some level, but it's super duper true.
